Cold Calling
The calling desk
Your workspace has a desk for calling leads. It holds the scripts, the hours a call may be placed, and the rule that a lead is called only after agreeing to it. Open it below.
Reading your account…
Each one has an objective, an opening line, the questions it asks, and the endings it can reach. What a call captures is written to the lead's record in your CRM.
The desk knows when a call may be placed and when it may not. A call outside the window is refused before it rings.
A lead is called only with a dated consent on file. No consent, no call, and the desk tells you which lead is missing it.
Dialing
The desk does not place calls yet. The dial button arrives together with consent capture, so that the first press can succeed instead of being refused for a missing consent. Until then, the scripts and the rule are there to read and prepare with.
